Harrison is unable to play due to the terms of his loan move from City to Elland Road. This deal is expected to be final this summer.
His absence comes as he got back into shape in wins against Fulham and Sheffield United, an inconvenience Bielsa hasn't lost. But he's happy with the alternative options open to him. Ex-City youngsters Ian Poveda, Helder Costa and Gjanni Alioski can all play on the flank.
"We would have hoped we could count on him, especially since his recent performances have been good, but we knew about the rule that was preventing him from playing," he said.

"As in all positions, we have more than one option and we are able to resolve this issue by choosing one of them.
"Poveda, Helder Costa and Alioski play this position in different ways and have different strengths to show what they can do. We're always looking for the same thing that they attack, leave behind and defend the amount required."
The good news for Bielsa is that there are no new injuries. After running into serious problems in the middle of the half and failing Rodrigo and Pablo Hernandez to count in 10th place, Bielsa has plenty to choose from and only long-term injury victim Adam Forshaw is left out.
"At this point, no [new injuries]," he said.
"We are happy that we haven't had any injuries in the last three quarters of the season and we can count on a full squad to be very good."
