Gemma Collins made an immediate impact when she hit screens as the brazen car saleswoman in The Only Way Is Essex in 2011.
Then the GC was 30 years old and obsessed with Kirk rcross & # 39; father Mick. He had a penchant for the finer things in life, including designer bags and fake tans.
But while some things never change, others have really changed – including the looks of 39-year-old Gemma.
Last weekend, the star went public with her latest tweak, revealing that she had undergone treatment to dissolve the fat in her chin.

The Diva Forever star told fans, "There have been some comments lately about filters but I've had some amazing facials done – moisturizing, firming, I had a small injection in my chin to take some fat off my chin.
"Honey, this is not a filter, this is me, my authentic me, I've taken care of myself a lot lately and loved myself, and at the end of the day, I'm a queen.
"Yes, my face has changed a little, but for the better, because I've lost weight, I feel good, I have time to take care of myself, I have had many wonderful treatments in the London Aesthetics Company and I feel brand new. "

The procedure, believed to cost around £ 350, is the latest in a long line of changes Gemma has made to her appearance.
She recently lost three stones after struggling with her weight for years.
As a teenager, Gemma was a slim size 10, but a number of heartache conditions affected her confidence and made her out of control.
"Every time I felt an emotion, I ate it to block it. The food gave me a climax," she wrote in her 2013 autobiography, Basically … My Life as an Essex Girl.

"I've always been slim, so I've never felt guilty," she said, admitting that she wouldn't think of eating three candy bars in a row followed by two McDonalds burgers.
"I started to focus on the food. It became a focus away from the dire reality of my situation. I would think about it from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed. Me had low self-esteem. I suffered and without realizing it, I turned into a bigger person, "she said.
"I went from being a skinny girl who never had a weight problem and was a constant height of 10 to a girl who couldn't stop growing."
Within a year, she went from a slim 11th to a size 18 and weighed more than 17.
Desperate to shed the pounds, she tried everything to lose weight including the Cambridge Diet, Dunkan Diet, and the Cabbage Soup Diet.
In 2011 she dropped three stones after joining a boot camp, but the weight went back up and in 2015 she tried hypnotherapy and made her way to Jason Vales Juicy Oasis Retreat in Portugal. She lost three stones by consuming only fluids for four weeks.
That same year, she spent £ 2,000 on designer vagina surgeries – she insisted the procedure had boosted her confidence and made her feel like a movie star.
"I'm really proud of myself, I'm very confident because I know I have a designer vagina," she told co-star Bobby rris during a painful bikini wax.
"I've never told you this before, but I paid £ 2,000 and my vagina is perfect now," she continued, boasting, "It looks like something you see in a movie."
Over the years, Gemma has made no secret of her love for botox and fillers and, during a recent trip to Los Angeles, hit a surgeon to the stars, Simon Ourian, to inquire about liposuction on her face after she lost even more weight would have.

Meanwhile, Gemma was devastated in 2017 when doctors warned that her egg count was low, making it harder for her to get pregnant.
Determined to get in shape and increase her chances, she signed up for Dancing On Ice and focused on living healthy. She dropped three stones.
Gemma even enlisted the help of fitness trainer Vicky Young to help her get the body of her dreams.
Vicky went into Gemma's regime and told it again! The alcohol in the magazines was restricted, as were the carbohydrates after 6 p.m.
"We're zero-sugar and low-carb. That way she still eats a lot of stuff, but it's healthy stuff," she said.
"For breakfast she has poached eggs, avocado, tomatoes on sourdough, then lunch will be a large salad of kale, peppers and avocado, with either chicken or tuna steak.
"For dinner I make her vegetarian curries, or sometimes it's chicken and halloumi kebabs with peppers on a skewer with a tzatziki salad."
