Revealed: Kareena Kapoor's weight-reduction plan, train routine throughout the newest picture shoot – The Indian Categorical

Kareena Kapoor, who is recently expecting her second child with Saif Ali Khan filmed for a magazine at home and wore her husband's shirts.

In the pictures, Kareena's glowing skin and well-toned figure caught everyone's attention. And all thanks to her diet plan and her training plan.

Prominent nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, who also planned the Angrezi Medium actor's diet during her first pregnancy, took to Instagram to reveal the foods she was eating along with her weekly exercise routine at the time of the photo shoot. "The good news is, you don't have to deprive yourself of good food to look good. Eating sustainably keeps you sexy and healthy," wrote Diwekar.

Here is the diet Kareena followed:

Meal One – Soaked Badam / Banana (9-10ish)

Meal Two – Dahi Rice and Papad OR Roti, Paneer Sabzi and Dal (12ish)

Meal three – small bowl papaya OR a handful of peanuts OR a piece of cheese OR some makhana (2-3 ish)

Meal four – mango milkshake OR bowl of lychee OR some chivda (5-6 ish)

Meal five – Veg pulao and raita OR palak or pudina roti with boondi raita OR dal reis and sabzi (8ish)

Bedtime – Haldi (turmeric) milk with a little nutmeg

When hungry – fresh fruit, quark with raisins or cashew nuts, nimbu (lemon) sorbet, nariyal pani (coconut water), chaas (buttermilk) with kala namak (black salt) and hinge (asafoetida)

Regarding her workout schedule, here are the exercises the actress did during the week:

First day (D1) – 20 minutes of treadmill, focus on speed

D2 – yoga routine

D3 – break

D4 – home Strength training work out

D5 – 40 minutes on the treadmill, focus on staying at a constant pace

D6 – Restorative yoga postures or core training

D7 – break
